BanG Dream! Expands With New Anime Projects in 2026

The BanG Dream! The franchise is gearing up for a packed slate of new anime content. The virtual band Mugendai Mewtype, better known as YumeMita, announced that their first dedicated anime project, BanG Dream! YUME∞MITA will premiere in 2026.

The series is being produced by Nichigaline, a newly established studio brand under SANZIGEN, with music composed by PHYZ. Nichigaline previously worked with YumeMita on the animated music video for their track “Tuning.”

In addition to YUME∞MITA, fans can look forward to two other new projects:

  • GANSO! BanG Dream Chan Mini Anime

The mini-anime will debut on the official BanG Dream! YouTube channel on October 2, 2025, airing weekly every Thursday for a full year. A total of 52 episodes are planned.

Meanwhile, Ave Mujica – The Die is Cast – is already streaming on Crunchyroll with English subtitles.

The anime features music by Ave Mujica, including their opening theme “KiLLKiSS”, composed and arranged by Daisuke Hasegawa with lyrics by Diggy-MO’. The song is available now on Spotify.

Studio SANZIGEN handled production with Koudai Kakimoto as director and Yuniko Ayana as scriptwriter and supervisor.

Story Synopsis:
