Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for September 2025, and it’s a strong month with a mix of new hits, strategy spin-offs, survival challenges, and even a PlayStation 2 classic making its return.
Headlining the additions are WWE 2K25, Persona 5 Tactica, Green Hell, and Fate/Samurai Remnant. For Premium subscribers, Legacy of Kain: Defiance joins the Classics Catalog, marking the first time the 2003 action-adventure is playable on PS4 and PS5.

Released earlier this year, the latest entry in 2K’s wrestling series earned solid reviews. Critics praised its visuals, smooth gameplay, and refined mechanics.
Persona 5 Tactica (PS5, PS4)

Legacy of Kain: Defiance (PS5, PS4, Premium only)
Originally released in 2003, this Crystal Dynamics title was the final chapter in the Legacy of Kain saga. Directed by Amy Hennig, it remains a cult favorite and now returns through cloud streaming for modern consoles.
