The highly anticipated second season of Chained Soldier (Mato Seihei no Slave) has dropped its first trailer, confirming a January 2026 release. The new season is a joint production by Passione and Hayabusa Film.

About Chained Soldier
Based on the manga by Takahiro and Youhei Takemura, the story is set in a world where mysterious gates to a dimension called Mato—the “Demon City”—suddenly appeared across Japan. Within Mato, magical “peaches” grant supernatural abilities, but only to women.
When struggling high school student Yuuki Wakura is pulled into Mato, he’s saved by Kyouka Uzen, commander of the 7th Squad. However, salvation comes with a twist: Yuuki is ordered to become her “slave,” marking the start of a dangerous partnership against monstrous threats.
