Stella Montis is the newest zone making its way into Arc Raiders, arriving with the game’s first major update. If you’re wondering how to access it, here’s everything you need to know.
Arc Raiders has been climbing charts across every platform since launch. Embark Studios’ extraction shooter has stood out thanks to its distinct gameplay style and striking visual design. And now, the developers are rolling out the North Line update, which brings a fresh map to explore: Stella Montis.
How to Unlock Stella Montis in Arc Raiders
The North Line update goes live on November 13, 2025, and Stella Montis will be part of that release. To gain access to this new map, players must take part in the Breaking New Ground community event.
During this event, everyone works together to supply resources for a large tunnel restoration project. In Speranza, progress always comes with a cost, and building the tunnel to reach the fifth map is no exception. Players must gather and donate the following materials:
- Metal Parts
- Fabric
- Chemicals
- Rubber Parts
- Plastic Parts
Anyone who has completed at least five rounds in the game can join the effort. Contributions aren’t just for show—donating materials earns Merits, a special event currency that ties into future progression. There is a limit on the number of Merits you can earn from donations, but giving beyond that cap still helps the community reach Stella Montis faster.
Once enough materials have been submitted, the tunnel network will be fully restored, and the map will be unlocked. This will also kick off Phase II: Staking Our Claim, a new progression path tied to the update. Unlocking Stella Montis is a community milestone, so the map becomes available only after the collective goals and phases are completed.
