Netflix’s highly anticipated live-action adaptation of the hit webtoon Solo Leveling has added another big name to its cast. According to Korean media outlet Sports Kyunghyang (August 29), Han So-hee is set to take on a leading role, with reports suggesting she will play Cha Hae-in, Korea’s only S-rank hunter. She would star opposite Byun Woo-seok, who is confirmed as the protagonist, Sung Jinwoo.
The series tells the story of Jinwoo, originally the weakest hunter in the world, who gains a mysterious ability that allows him to grow stronger after a near-fatal encounter. His journey eventually leads him to become humanity’s greatest defender.

Han So-hee, best known for her roles in My Name and Gyeongseong Creature, has already earned praise for her performances in action-driven projects. That experience makes her a strong fit for Cha Hae-in, a beloved character in the webtoon and a central figure in Jinwoo’s story.
Although Netflix has not yet officially confirmed her role, the reports suggest fans may soon see Han So-hee bringing one of Solo Leveling’s most popular characters to life on screen.
