Fresh off the Wicked Isle expansion, Rebellion Developments has announced the next chapter for Atomfall. Titled Red Strain, the game’s second expansion is set to release on September 16 across all platforms. A new trailer dropped today, offering the first official glimpse of what’s to come.
Like Wicked Isle, this will be a paid DLC, though exact pricing has not yet been confirmed. Based on the previous expansion’s $19.99 price tag, fans can likely expect something similar. Owners of the Atomfall Deluxe Edition will receive Red Strain at no additional cost.
Details on the new content remain limited, but Rebellion has confirmed that players will be exploring an all-new location. More information is expected in the coming weeks as the release date draws closer. Alongside the expansion, a free title update will roll out with gameplay improvements and bug fixes.
