Rent-A-Girlfriend is a Japanese manga series written and drawn by Reiji Miyajima. In this chapter, Kazuya, Chizuru, and Yae Mori play a game where they describe their dream marriage proposals and assign them a number based on extravagance. Yae Mori’s proposal involves a tram, which Kazuya finds simple. Then, Kazuya suggests a private room with a ring, seen as quite ordinary. Chizuru surprises them with a proposal involving a helicopter, fireworks, and a diamond ring, which they consider very extravagant.
However, Yae Mori thinks Chizuru’s idea might be too much for a wedding and suspects Kazuya’s and Chizuru’s numbers might be close. Chizuru quickly changes her proposal to making miso soup every morning, and Kazuya loves this idea.
When they reveal their numbers, Yae Mori has the lowest at 12, Kazuya’s is in the middle at 56, and Chizuru’s is the highest at 100. Kazuya and Yae Mori are shocked by Chizuru’s extravagant proposal.
Later, in Kazuya’s room, he tells Yae Mori that Chizuru’s dream proposal is too expensive for him to afford. He compares her to a beautiful but unreachable flower in the mountains.
At the end, Chizuru overhears their conversation and looks worried.
