This white Kaiju is revealed to be Kaiju No. 9, secretly pulling the strings. He created the Kaiju No. 14 clones and plans to use them to harm humanity.
Hope now rests on Captain Ashiro to take on Kaiju No. 14. Mina hits it right through the middle, causing it to crash to the ground. The refugee camps notice the silence after its defeat, and they receive news of victory.
The whole city celebrates, and the news spreads quickly. The Defense Force’s new squads and weapons have made a big difference in dealing with Kaiju.
Their celebration is interrupted when Kaiju No. 9 contacts them. He sits on a large crane with a captured drone and praises the Defense Force for surpassing his expectations. He declares his victory is imminent, with one condition: to obtain “That Power.”
Kaiju No. 14 lies lifeless on the battlefield. Strangely, it starts glowing intensely in the center with a huge energy surge. The HQ detects teleportation signals from the body even though it’s dead.
At the same time, Kaiju No. 9 approaches the white No. 14, which opens a portal. He steps onto the battlefield, right in front of Mina, and declares that the end is beginning.
