The reason for the one-week break is currently unknown. However, fans speculate that it may be because mangaka Gege Akutami will draw the new Jujutsu Kaisen cover for Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine to commemorate the new wave Part 2 release.
Jujutsu Kaisen has become one of the most popular manga series of today. It has recently embarked on the “Shinjuku Showdown” arc, where Satoru Gojo is freed from the Prison Kingdom after over 1,000 days of captivity.
This leads to an intense confrontation between Gojo and Sukuna, resulting in one of the most thrilling battles in the series as the most powerful sorcerer encounters the Cursed King. Chapter 225 concludes with a significant development that has left many fans concerned about Gojo’s fate.
