What is the adaptation of the final arc all about?
Was it all just a coincidence, or was it inevitable? Ichigo Kurosaki gained the powers of a Soul Reaper through a chance encounter. As a replacement Soul Reaper, Ichigo was caught in the turmoil of the Society of Souls, where dead souls gather. But with the help of his friends, Ichigo overcame all challenges to become even stronger.
When a new threat emerges in the form of both new Soul Reapers and a mysterious enemy in Karakura, Ichigo reemerges onto the battlefield, wielding his Zanpakuto to aid those in need. Simultaneously, the Society of Souls faces a surge in Hollow activity within the World of the Living—reports also surface of missing individuals from the Rukon Ward. The situation escalates further as the Seireitei, the Soul Reapers’ headquarters, falls under attack by a group known as the Wandenreich.
